Be sure to read all terms and conditions carefully before scheduling your appointment. We are not responsible for reservations made without meeting the requirements.
You must be 18 years or older to get a tattoo with Gibbs. We do not accept parental consent to do tattoos for clients under 18 years.
A consultation is required before the appointment. Consultations are free of charge. Depending on the design, consultation can be done via email or in person.
When coming in for your consultation or tattoo appointment you must come alone. If you bring a companion the person must wait in the designated area. (Companions are not allow in the tattoo area.) Clients waiting for appointments has priority over the available seating.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT OF ADMISSION.
No minors allowed.
No pets allowed.
No food allowed in the tattoo area.
Payment methods are cash or card (card with a 4% fee).
Your credit card information will be required to complete the reservation process when the link to book the appointment is sent to you.
Quotes are valid for 30 days. We are not responsible for a price change if you book the appointment 30 days after the day of the consultation, or the booking link was sent to you.
Changing the design idea in any way after the initial consultation may result in additional charges at the artist discretion.
We do not send any sketches over email. The design will be shown on the day of your tattoo appointment.
Before making your space reservation, we recommend that you make sure you have the date available on your calendar. We are not responsible for mistakenly selecting the wrong date.
To make a reservation for a tattoo appointment that is less than 4 hours we require an advance deposit of one hundred dollars ($100). For full-day appointments we require a two hundred dollars ($200) deposit. The deposit is not refundable, and is to move forward with your appointment and for the time the artist uses to make the design. *For smaller and simple projects the deposit will be going towards the final price of your tattoo if the artist tells you in advance.
ANY DEPOSIT MADE TO RESERVE A SPACE IS NOT REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERRABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
To cancel your reservation, it must be done no later than three (3)days prior (72hr) to your appointment date and time. Any cancellation or reschedule made in less than 72 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee is 100% of your deposit for the day. If you cancel outside the terms provided, you will lose the deposit and will need to leave another deposit if you would like to book another appointment. If you cancel prior 3 days of your appointment you will have up to 3 months to reschedule your appointment, if you don’t reschedule within 3 months you will lose the deposit. If you need to reschedule, (no less than 3 days prior) we will move your deposit with your appointment up to one (1) time before is forfeited. Rescheduling a second time will result in losing the first deposit and will require a new deposit.
The client must contact Gibbs via phone or email to make any changes to the reservation. If you contact Gibbs outside of business hours or can't get in contact by phone, we recommend to always send an email to make sure you are making the changes prior to the 3 days to avoid losing the deposit.
Cancellation of appointment the same day, you will lose the deposit.
If the client does not show up the day of the appointment or does not show up and then contacted Gibbs or the studio after the date or time of the appointment will lose the deposit made. Please make sure you contact Gibbs via email at gibbstac@gmail.com
Not arriving on time the date of the appointment, the client will lose the deposit made.
We respect the time of all our clients, for this reason, we request that you arrive on time for your appointment. We will only grant a ten (10) minute grace period for delay, in the event of major circumstances. Any client who arrives for the appointment after ten (10) minutes of the agreed time, will lose the appointment and the deposits made will NOT be refunded.
Arriving 10 minutes late to your consultation may result in the cancellation of your consultation.
Deposits are not refundable and non-transferrable under any circumstances. Please make sure you read all the terms carefully.
